The 2017 Holiday Schedule is as follows for all dealerships:

  • Monday, December 25th Christmas Day, all of our dealerships will be CLOSED!
  • Tuesday, December 26th, we will resume to normal business hours!
  • Monday, January 1st New Year’s Day, all of our dealerships will be CLOSED!
  • Tuesday, January 2nd 2018, we will resume to normal business hours!

We ask you spread the holiday cheer this season, and spend this magical time of year with your loved ones! It’s hard to believe the Holiday season is here again! All of us here at All Star Automotive want to wish you and your families a very Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. Christmas is the time of year where we all come together as family and friends, and show our appreciation for one another and the little things that make life great. One of the things we are very thankful for are you, our customers – you are what keeps our business going day-to-day and we want to thank you for another great year!

Our Sales Departments will be open on Christmas Eve from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm for any of last minute shoppers. We will be closed on Christmas Day to spend time with their loved ones. Don’t worry, we will be back to regular business hours the day after Christmas.

The year 2015 is coming to an end and the countdown to 2016 is fast approaching. Maybe 2015 was the best year of your life and you aren’t ready to leave it behind, or maybe you can’t waiting to lead it in the dust, either way, 2016 is coming! We send you and your family well wishes in the New Year and hope that 2016 is full of blessings and happiness.

Christmas time is here! With the Holiday season comes good times shared with our loved ones, over good food. Thanksgiving isn’t the only Holiday in which we devote an entire day to feasting on turkey, ham, potatoes and that famous green bean casserole. We want you to be able to enjoy the company of friends and family as much as you can, which is why we’ve decided to share one of our favorite Christmas dinner recipes that you’re sure to check off your to-do list when preparing your Christmas feast! Merry Christmas and happy eating!

If your family loves sweet dishes, this Sweet Potato Casserole will make the perfect side dish to any Christmas dinner. Here’s what you will need to prepare this mouthwatering casserole:

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 4 1/2 pounds sweet potatoes
  • 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 1/4 cups cornflakes cereal, crushed
