  1. You know I have been doing business with AllStar for sometime now. I am absolutely livid with your company right now. I took my car in for a simple recall and you all messed up my car. It’s been two weeks and multiple voicemails for the GM to call me. It would appear he is just too busy to give a hoot about customer service or to care enough to to contact his customers. You say even on your website that your committed to providing customer service and satisfaction, I would suggest that you remove that from your website because quit frankly you all are full of it.

Glenn 225-993-3655 I don’t know why I should even leave my number AGAIN but you have one more shot to prove me wrong, then I will be contacting dodge corporate and an attorney, also the BBB. PLEASE take this opportunity to do the right thing, or at least show that the customers that are your bread and butter that you should put above all else mean more to you than a $.

    • Mr. Glenn thank you for taking my call this morning. We have since scheduled an appointment for the vehicle this Wednesday, the 28th. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience. If you have any questions please contact All Star’s Communication Manager @ 225-925-2525. Have an awesome day!

  2. I received a call from the GM as well as the communications manager and all prior concerns were addressed. I received fast and friendly service as we collaborated on a resolution tailored to accommodate my needs as well as my time. Your efforts and extended support is greatly appreciated! Thanks Mel

    • Thank you sooooo much for the wonderful comments. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we appreciate your business. Thanks again and we look forward to a long lasting relationship. Have an awesome day and be careful in the weather.
