Whether you’re planning a road trip that lasts for a couple days or one that spans the entire season, you’ll definitely need to plan it out so you have everything you need to make the trip safe and enjoyable. Before you hit the road, be sure your driver’s license and auto-insurance are all up-to-date and not on the brink of expiration. Also, it’s a good idea to bring your vehicle into our service department for a quick check-up to make sure your car is in good running condition!

Make a detailed itinerary of which places you will be traveling to and which landmarks you plan on visiting while at those particular places- be sure to include overnight stays too! When putting together your itinerary, determine how many miles you want to drive each day, and which towns you would like to stay overnight in. The internet is a great tool to use for discovering towns in other states and whether they have restaurants and hotels, or just a gas station and convenience store.
